International Innovation Company is an international operating organisation which directs itself to diverse markets with the brands Vacu Vin and ID selection. To be successful and stay successful, we are regularly looking for talented employees who want to develop themselves in a challenging and quickly growing organisation.

The family company which started in 1986 in Holland with the development of the Wine Saver by the brothers Bernd and John Schneider has grown into an international operating organisation. The head office is situated in Delfgauw and with 9 offices in different countries, the products are sold worldwide in 75 countries. We manage this with approximately 100 employees in Holland and at the foreign offices.

The Best Idea Award Foundation is also situated within IIC, they support the well known Dutch television show with the competition between inventors and form a innovation platform for Dutch companies and inventors.
